Users can check progress of any synchronisation by clicking on the Cloud icon on the top right side of WorkfloPlus v3. If the server is still syncing any data it will be displayed here.
Users can refresh the Sync Status by clicking on the curly arrow on the top right hand side.
As Jobs are completed the Sync Status will update giving users a clear picture of what data is outstanding before sync has completed. This clear and more reliable sync messaging is designed to ensure everyone is kept up to date.
When data sync is in progress, the following icon is displayed:
Clicking on this icon will being up the sync status screen:
Clicking on the drop down arrow will display a more detailed summary of the data sync:
The “i” icon at the top of the panel provides a summary of all the icons that may be displayed during the sync process in order to keep users fully up to date:
There is also a download button at the top of the screen should any data need to be downloaded and reviewed in more detail.
