Logging In

When you start up the app for the first time (or if you’ve logged out), you will be asked to log in. Below are instructions for logging in on both a cloud and local server.

Firstly, you will need to enter your Team Name. Your Team Name will be provided to you by your WorkfloPlus administrator. For local servers, your Team Name will be the local server URL and port number.

You will then need to log in using your credentials or another login option. To log in with a username and password, enter your credentials and sign in. Depending on your team settings, you may also be able to sign in using your Google or Microsoft Active Directory credentials (if enabled, you will see a button for each).

HMT-1

When you start up the app for the first time (or if you’ve logged out), you will be asked to log in. Below are instructions for logging in on both a cloud and local server.

To simplify the sign-in process, you can generate a sign-in code on the Dashboard and then enter this code on the HMT-1 to sign in. Sign in to the Dashboard and access ‘My Account’ (for instructions, click here). Then on the right side menu, generate a sign-in code for HMT-1 login. Enter this code on your HMT-1 to sign in.

DashBoard 

Cloud Server Login:

Enter the Team Name and select ok.

Enter your Username and Password credentials to login.

You are taken to Accounts page where you can add your Google Login / Microsoft Login if its enabled for your team.

You should also be able to change your Name and Password.

From next time onwards, in the login page enter your Username and Password credentials / Google Login credentials / Microsoft Login to log in.

Local Server Login: 

As above but there is no requirement to enter the team name.
